Brilliant ruby hue. Floral on the nose. Aromas of cherry, blueberry jam, vanilla, and warm spices come through. Robust flavors of mixed berries and anise on the palate. A well-rounded wine with an elegant finish.
Vinification: Hand harvested and gently foot stomped. Eight days of skin maceration during fermentation with multiple punchdowns daily. Pressed and then elevage in an Australian Vitrified Clay Egg. Racked twice and then bottled on descending moons. This wine may contain sediment so a gentle decant is suggested. Ingredients: Grapes.
