Growing Conditions
Made from grapes off three premier vineyards in the heart of the Russian River Valley, the 2015 Amici Cellars Pinot Noir showcases the classic Russian River Valley characteristics of heady aromas, vibrant cherry and raspberry fruit flavors and delicate tannins.
2015 was a stellar vintage for Sonoma winemaking. A cool spring meant smaller grape clusters and resulted in lower yields than usual, while the quality of fruit was exceptional. Warm summer weather brought grapes to optimum ripeness before one of the earliest harvests in memory. The resulting wines show intense aromatics and complex fruit character.
