Our seated tasting experience features a selection of exclusive wines only available here at the Tasting Cellar or on our website. These wines have truly become a showcase of the diversity of Paso Robles, coming from family owned and sustainably farmed vineyards located throughout the region. They are a representation of Austin's passion for artisan winemaking and have set the benchmark for luxury wines in the Paso Robles region, and we cannot wait to share them with you.

The Hope family has been farming in Paso Robles for more than 30 years. When they arrived in this barely-discovered region, they planted apples and grapes. Little did they know that the rolling, oak-studded terrain of Paso Robles would one day become a viticultural terroir of significance and one of the top winegrowing regions for quality red wine within the Central Coast.
Today, Hope Family Wines produces six brands: Austin Hope, Treana, Liberty School, Troublemaker, Austin and Quest. Austin's dream of making Paso Robles a destination for world class wines is being realized with history making accolades and scores on all of our wines and of course, the iconic Austin Hope Cabernet Sauvignon has set the benchmark for luxury cabernet from Paso Robles.
