Laid to rest in Hungarian Oak for five and a half years, our master distiller has produced a Brandy with a velvet texture and supple vanilla and butterscotch notes. Fleeting aromas of bittersweet chocolates and light black peppercorns match the flavors in the glass giving a unique but full mouthfeel.

Autry Cellars Rosé: Group Improv Bottle Preview
Autry CellarsRosé: Group Improv

Each year’s Rosé is unique; like a solo, it’s different every time. Our 2021 blend is a beautiful, peachy rose-pink, the deeper color attributable to twenty-four hours of skin contact. This harmonious vintage feature equal amounts of Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Merlot, Petite Sirah, Pinot Noir, Primitivo, and Cabernet Franc. Each variety is fermented separately and blended after fermentation is complete, just before bottling. In the resulting ensemble, each member rises and simultaneously embellishes the melody, a style known as group improvisation. You’ll note bright acidity with tastes of ripe strawberries, raspberries, and grapefruit. It ends with a dry finish and a hint of chocolate. Would pair well with scallops, white fish, pork loin, black forest cake or brownies. 60 cases produced. Grapes from multiple vineyards in San Luis Obispo County. Serves best at fifty-five degrees.

Autry Cellars Primitivo Bottle Preview
Autry CellarsPrimitivo

Silver Medal in the 2021 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition! A new variety for Autry Cellars, our Italian varietal 2017 Primitivo is a close cousin to Zinfandel. Both come from a Croatian variety called Crljenak. Crushed, and fermented on the skin for maximum flavor, aroma, and color extraction, our Primitivo is another wonderful vintage from Still Waters Vineyards. Bright, floral, with berry notes, inviting aromas and a cherry nose, the hints of caramel-vanilla come from the oak aging process. This will pair nicely with roasted pork, chicken, salmon or even portobello mushroom steaks. Aged in 50% new American oak for 3 years, 80 cases produced.
