Reminiscent of cherry cola and cedar cigar box, it is rich and smooth on the palate with a lasting finish.
Growing Conditions
The 2015 Russian River Valley Pinot Noir is produced from Lera's Vineyard, one of the finest vineyards in this appellation. This AVA is ideal for Pinot Noir to be ripened slowly with mildly warm days and cooling breezes, retaining natural acidity while developing complex fruit flavors.
Food Pairing
This is a very versatile, elegant wine that can accompany everything from grilled beef and roast pork loin to grilled salmon and blackened Cajun catfish. Excellent with Parmesan eggplant and many vegetarian dishes.
