Potter Valley in Mendocino County is one of California's premier regions for fine Riesling. Its cooler climate gives us Riesling with beautifully balanced acidity and lush aromas of peach, lemon and green apple.
Aging
Aged 50% of our Riesling for six months in new French oak.
Food Pairing
This is a delightful sipping wine and a perfect match with salads as well as lighter seafood and poultry dishes. Mildly spicy Asian cuisine, light white meat fish, crusted salmon, or lighter baked poultry dishes. Vegetarian dishes like light souffles and tofu with almonds and wild rice. This wine is also great as an aperitif accompanied with mild cheeses and desserts.
