Palate
Booker’s original GSM (Grenache-Syrah-Mourvèdre) is really taking on a life of its own. As we move toward the future we will craft this wine with even more spice and aromatics. The 16 version has dark black fruits that are followed with a soft mid-palate that lets the Grenache shine through. The finish is long and spicy, returning to its Syrah and Mourvèdre backbones. A bit tight now, this vintage of Vertigo (like past vintages) will need a year of collaring for maximum enjoyment, but will surely satisfy!
