Brochelle Vineyards Brochelle Bubbles - Blanc de Blanc Bottle Preview
Brochelle VineyardsBrochelle Bubbles - Blanc de Blanc

Méthode Champenoise style Blanc de Blanc Cuvee Brochelle Bubbles is a dry blanc-de-blanc sparkling wine. An ethereal, creamy texture and small bubbles are what stands out in this wine. A bouquet of toasty yeast creates suppleness on the mid-palate with a bright, crisp impression of apple, and then finishes with the soft ripeness of nectarine. This wine is made in the Méthode Champenoise style, a high-quality sparkling wine known for its creamy flavor and tiny bubbles. A traditionally fermented Chardonnay is bottled and a small amount of "liqueur de tirage" (mostly sugar and yeast) is added, triggering a secondary fermentation. This takes place inside the bottle, producing the carbon dioxide or "bubbles." These tiny bubbles signify exceptional quality. The bottles are stored in a temperature and light-controlled environment for 18 months before release.
