Winemaking

The 2017 Cabrador is a bold blend of 70% Touriga, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 15% Petit Verdot.

Aging

Aged for 30 months in a mixture of French and Hungarian barrels that have been slightly toasted on the inside, imparting a nice vanilla smokiness.
