While we take no official position on the existence of this shadowy entity, we wholeheartedly believe that our new Bordeaux style blend will put you into a deep state - of bliss. The Cabernet Franc dominant blend will almost certainly distract you from the political turmoil and controversy, even if it's just for as long as the bottle lasts. Upon further consideration, you may want to order a few extra bottles to get you through the next news cycle.
Our first white wine. An intriguing and refreshing single vineyard Albariño.
A Napa Cab from a Paso Robles winery? Question our allegiance all you want. The reward was well worth the risk.
To celebrate the 10th vintage of our top secret red blend, we elevated the experience with a Reserve bottling. Tell no one.
New World Order represents a coming together of the old world (Syrah) and the new world (Zinfandel).
Smoke & Mirrors is a medium bodied Pinot Noir, very much in the Santa Barbara County style.
Defection is not for the faint of heart. Neither is our bold, fruit-forward single vineyard Zinfandel Reserve. If you have an allegiance to other varietals, this powerful character may convince you to switch sides.
This 100% Petite Sirah quite literally infiltrated our 2017 line up through its own brute force. When we made this Petite Sirah, it was intended solely for blending but when we barrel tasted the finished wine, it became clear that it should stand alone. We simply had no choice but to bottle it as a single varietal. Once you taste it, we are sure you will understand why.
This refreshing dry Rosé is made from the same varietals as our infamous Cryptology red blend. In-keeping with the Cryptology tradition, the constituent varietals remain a closely guarded secret.
The word “subterfuge” is derived from the 16th century French subterfugere, meaning ‘escape secretly’. The blend is an homage to the Old World style of the Bordeaux region, with an unmistakable New World twist.
Our classified cuvee made with intention. While the exact grapes used in this blend are a closely guarded secret, we can say that the result is a beautifully balanced wine that exhibits characteristics of each varietal that went into our proprietary red blend.
At the lowest, coolest part of our estate vineyard, often shrouded in morning fog is our tiny Pinot Noir block, hence the nickname "Foggy Bottom". The minimally irrigated vines produce only miniscule yields of pinot noir fruit. Enjoy this bottling now or save it for a foggy day.
Our Estate Sangiovese Reserve is both delicious and food friendly. Our Sangiovese is almost as exclusive and elusive as the Illuminati - the secret society for which it was named. The Illuminati, literally translated, means "the enlightened ones". We invite you to become enlightened.
