Copia’s 2019 The Story displays extraordinary berry fruit and kirsch notes intermixed with fennel, violets, and graphite. Medium- to full-bodied, spice is also vibrantly layered in with a lovely extended finish.

One could easily drink down all the pleasure that this Central Coast Rosé can bring! With its distinct rosy hue, it’s full of brightness and refreshing fruit. 2020’s blend is mostly composed of Grenache with hints of nectarine, alpine strawberries and cream and grapefruit abounding on the nose and palate.

One plus one equals eleven with this Copia White. Each varietal that composes this wine brings its own distinct character to the whole, resulting in a mouthwatering wine with multiple layers of complexity. Salinity and minerality flirt with caramelized citrus, melon, dried pear and herbal tones. It’s a vividly gold, unctuous wine with full-bodied richness.

2019’s The Cure G-S-M is a concentrated endeavor with full-bodied richness. It’s fully loaded with earthiness, incense, blue and black fruits, pepper, dried herbs, and floral notes. The Cure’s individuality really shines and it’s our most versatile wine pairing well with a wide range of cuisine.

The Source is vivacious, full-bodied and multi-layered. Baker’s chocolate and black forest cake, ripe blackberries, and cassis flourish with tones of cracked pepper, smoky bacon, aromatic herbs and leather. Refined tannins and mouthwatering acidity create balance. The Source is a savory showstopper of a Syrah.

Lush and opulent, Copia’s Cabernet Sauvignon brings sweet red and blue fruits along with tobacco and an herbaceous quality. It’s a wine that is generous in its mouthfeel, aromatics and finish. Sultry and addictive, the texture strikes a balance between softness and full body. This Cabernet offers great depth of flavor, complexity and balance. It is highly expressive in its youth and able to age beyond the next decade.
