Cordant Winery is a boutique family-owned winery based in Paso Robles, California.  Our emphasis is to show people the diversity of the Central Coast by sourcing Pinot Noir and Rhone varietals from premium vineyards.  Our wines span as far north as Monterey and as far south as Santa Barbara.  Our intention is to show the finesse and energy of these great terroirs, and that the wines become a favorite in your cellar, just like they have in ours.

This white Rhône blend is sourced from two westside Paso Robles vineyards; Luna Matta and Hearthstone. 

Red Blend

This vineyard-designated Pinot Noir comes from Radian Vineyard in the Sta Rita Hills of Santa Barbara County.

Vineyard designate Pinot Noir from the Santa Lucia Highlands

Syrah dominant blend with a Priorat influence given the small amount of Cabernet Sauvignon blended with Syrah and Petite Sirah.

Coastview Syrah is our extended-aged reserve Syrah from Coastview Vineyards in Monterey County. This barrel-select Syrah is aged for 20-months in 100% new French oak barrels. Coastview Vineyard is hidden high atop the Gabilan Mountains on the east side of the Salinas Valley, on an exposed ridge top between 2200 and 2400 feet of elevation. Coastview is one of the most remote and isolated vineyards from which we source fruit. 

Sourced from the west side of Paso Robles; Hearthstone and Rolph Vineyards. Grenache takes the spotlight in this GSM blend showcasing beautiful blue and black fruit flavors, with reminders of boysenberry pie, white pepper, and sagebrush.  Hints of toasted pine nut and palo santo follow seamlessly on the palate, leaving a long finish with a polished elegance.
