A rare expression of Roussanne aged entirely in stainless steel, this wine highlights the natural freshness of the grape while preserving its weight and complexity. La Fuente, a small-lot blend of 67% Tannat and 33% Cabernet Sauvignon, showcases expressive aromas of ripe red fruits and dark chocolate carried by a sensation of sweet oak. The palate is structured yet inviting, with dusty tannins and a gravely texture framing flavors of cherry and braised meats. Dark Chocolate lingers on the finish, leaving the perfect impression on the palate that reflect the wine’s depth and rarity.

A beautifully balanced Grenache and Syrah–based rosé from the Willow Creek District AVA, this wine captures both freshness and depth. Aromas of ripe watermelon and wild strawberry lift from the glass, accented by subtle citrus and delicate floral notes. On the palate, bright, refreshing acidity is met with a soft, rounded texture, carrying flavors of crushed red berries and a touch of minerality through a clean, lingering finish. A rare stand-alone Mourvèdre from Paso Robles, where this classic Rhône variety achieves peak expression. Aged in 25 percent new French oak barrels, this wine offers black fruit aromas with varietal notes of moist soil. A stylish Rhône-style cuvée of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre from the famed Willow Creek District, aged in 40 percent new French oak barrels.
