Palate

Lively and mouthwatering, with crisp acidity and a light, silky texture. Flavors of citrus and stone fruit carry through to a fresh, sea-breeze finish accented by subtle bitter citrus pith and spice.

Winemaking

This Albarino includes grapes sourced from Edna Valley in Paso Robles, and they were fermented in stainless steel tanks during the 2023 harvest. Winemaker and proprietor Greg Allen oversees the winemaking process by hand.
