Aged for 30 months in Hungarian and French Oak.

Cabernet Sauvignon with a hint of Petite Sirah and Cabernet Franc interspersed. Aged in 70% American Oak and 30% French Oak. Dark color with juniper and a very savory nose. Balanced acid will allow it to smooth out over time. Cola, sugarcane root and anise on the palate.

Rustic fruit aromas of black mission figs, black plum and black currant blended with fresh floral aromas of purple roses and plumeria. As the wine evolves in the glass, sweet aromas of vanilla bean, baking spices, graham cracker and cocoa powder develop. This wine brings memories of summer or winter campfires with s’mores. On the palate, this full body and juicy red blend has velvety tannins with a beautiful complex finish of fig, black pepper and cocoa.

Aged 30 months in 50/50 American and French Oak, expect full body, tobacco leaf, cocoa and mint. Black cherry, rich tannins with lively acidity.

Blend of 60% Syrah, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged for 15 months in primarily French and American Oak with a hint of Hungarian Oak. Black pepper, crushed rock, backing spice round out the Syrah-dominant wine. Dark chocolate on the palate with a hint of plum finish.
