The extended barrel aging of our Reserve created a perfectly balanced wine with good structure and layers of complexity. This elegant wine begins with an intense inky color. Aromas of black cherry and vanilla are highlighted with warm notes of bourbon and caramel. These continue on the palate with rich dark fruit flavors of black currant, cherry liquor, dark chocolate, and vanilla. Baking spice lingers on the luscious finish. It’s velvet in a bottle! Our 2018 Reserve is phenomenal now but will age beautifully - if you can wait!
