A Bordeaux varietal blend of 3 grapes with Cabernet Sauvignon being predominant. From our hillside block of Cabernet- the coolest micro-climate of all blocks - the last grape we harvest each season. Named for the eldest of the Four Sisters, this blend is quickly becoming a cult favorite.
