Nose
Intense aromas with full, fine, ripe fruit and some floral notes. Good terroir developed minerality with a lovely backdrop of wild aromatic herbs.
Palate
The palate opens bright and beautifully balanced. Delicate tannins balance delicious ripe red fruits and floral flavors and combine with a light touch of minerality.
Growing Conditions
With 170 acres of land, only 47 are planted vineyards, many of which are 25 to 40 years old. The elevation is between 550 and 700 feet.

Garnacha (40%), Cariñena (60%)
Appearance
Star bright cherry red with hints of deep purple.
Food Pairing
With the wine’s bright acidity and rich red fruit flavors it pairs well with oven roasted mussels, braised meats and rich cheeses.
