Nose
Aromas of black cherry, allspice, black currant and loam are followed by flavors of wild raspberries, dark berries and a crushed rock minerality.

The dense entry is followed by a sweet and juicy mouthfeel, supported by acidity, silky tannins and a subtle earthy finish.
Winemaking
Our winemaking is focused on artisan techniques: • All hand harvested with hand sorting of both clusters and berries at the winery. • Pre-fermentation cold soak, indigenous yeast fermentations in small open top fermenters.• Aged for 10 months in all French oak barrels (25% new).• No fining and filtration. These gentle handling techniques help promote a silky mouth feel, greater complexity and a fresher fruit focus.
