The 2023 Such As Dreams is a gorgeous blend of 85% Grenache and 15% Mourvèdre that brings a ripe, savory bouquet of red and black fruits, peppery herbs, Provençal garrigue, and dried flowers.
Palate
Full-bodied, plush, and seamless on the palate, it packs serious richness and depth while staying balanced and light on its feet. The tannins are beautifully ripe, and it has a long, polished finish.
Aging
Aged 18 months in once-used French oak.
