A brief history
Nestled in the heart of downtown Paso Robles, Nenow Family Wines offers a warm, inviting space to enjoy small-production, Rhône-inspired wines crafted with intention and care. Family-owned and operated, every pour reflects the people behind the label and a story that began in mid-2014, when Mike and Tracie Roesbery found themselves in a hospital room with Tracie’s younger brother, Drew Nenow, dreaming about the future and the idea of one day creating a wine label together.
That dream became reality in 2017 with the purchase of their first grapes. Today, Nenow Family Wines is truly a family effort. Drew serves as winemaker, focusing on honoring the truth of the fruit, while his wife Andie plays an integral role as Wine Club Manager, caring for member relationships and the guest experience. Tracie oversees marketing and brand management, and Mike handles a variety of behind-the-scenes aspects of the business. Together, each member of the family is actively involved in the day-to-day operations.
Driven by a desire to build a lasting family legacy, the Nenows and the Roesberys remain committed to crafting wines rooted in quality, care, and love. They partner with vineyards that prioritize thoughtful, sustainable farming and focus on quality over quantity.
Whether you are a longtime member or visiting for the first time, our tasting room is a place to slow down, share in our journey, and experience Paso wine country with us. Our philosophy is simple: do what we love and make really good wine — meant to be enjoyed with the people you love most.
