Nose
Notes of black cherry, blue fruit, cassis, anise and plum seduce the nose and tongue, displaying a real purity of fruit.
Palate
The wine is thick and dense with lots of concentration, wearing its pedigree like a badge of honor.
Growing Conditions
We have seven clones of cabernet sauvignon planted on the Pride estate and each one has its own unique personality and flavor profile. Clone 337, which is used each year for this wine, is really a special one. It's a clone that represents all the best of cabernet sauvignon – ripeness, roundness, classic varietal flavor and enough tannin to be serious without being grippy
