The 2021 Serial Cabernet Sauvignon Paso Robles is deeply perfumed with mulberries, wild blackberries, cedar, and tobacco leaf, carrying a full-bodied palate of plum confit, dried herbs, and dark chocolate. A bold, rich Cabernet framed by firm tannins with vibrant acidity. Aged in 50% new oak (equal split French and American).

Aromas of plum, cherry, and dried blueberry mingle with red berries, lavender, and lilac. Raspberry crème, cranberry compote, and pluot shape the palate alongside sage, white pepper, and cinnamon. A broad fruit core focuses through the mid-palate, finishing fresh and high-toned with lingering dark fruit. Aged in 50% new oak (50% French, 50% American).

A classically styled Bordeaux blend from the storied Santa Margarita Ranch—Cabernet Sauvignon (30%), Petit Verdot (30%), Merlot (20%), Cabernet Franc (10%) and Malbec (10%). Deep purple and garnet hues anticipate aromas of Dawson plum, blueberry, black raspberry, mocha and pencil shaving. The palate displays layered flavors of pluot, currant, fig and coffee bean with suggestions of dark earth and crushed stone. The finish is graceful with soft edges and definitive weight. Aged for 18 months in 50 percent new French oak barrels. Ultra-limited, only 234 cases produced.

A light Provençale-style hue foretells aromas of rose petal, white cherry, melon rind and tarragon.
