Palate
It is now well accepted that 2007 was an exceptional year for Cabernet Sauvignon. Showing off the incredible balance of the vintage with bright red and black fruit surrounded by soft and chewy tannins, there are hints throughout of cassis, leather, and plums, and, as you near the finish, chocolate. With the approachable tannins this Cab is delicious now, but should age well for better than 10 years.
