Palate
The palate is precise and penetrating as a rich mouthfeel gives way to the long lingering finish.
Growing Conditions
100% Estate – Adelaida District, Paso Robles.
Here, exceptional quality fruit is born from a thick layer of limestone-dominent terrain that stretches out in every direction down steep hillsides. With staggering temperature swings of up to 50 degrees that soar and drop daily, and a consistent and daily breeze from the Pacific Ocean, our low-yield fruit is stressed, tried, and tested.
