Winemaking
The Pink is a classic rosé wine blend of Grenache chilled for 24 hours on skins,
pressed and chilled before fermentation blended with Mourvedre saigne after 12
hours of cold soak. Skin contact will add body, color and flavor giving us a rich full-bodied wine with a delicate pink hue. The juice is fermented cold in stainless steel tanks to maintain its delicate fruit and floral characteristics.
