Aromas and flavors of cassis and dark stone fruit surrounded by mocha, cedar, anise, and green olive. This is a big, bold wine that can be aged to soften its full tannins.
Growing Conditions
Our Special Selection Cabernet Sauvignon is the best from the B.R. Cohn Olive Hill Estate Vineyard in the Sonoma Valley. This wine is produced only in outstanding vintages when the combination of good weather, our shallow rocky soil, and slow, even ripening produce grapes of superior quality. We then select our premier vineyard lot to age a full two years in the finest French oak barrels.
