Growing Conditions
The Ruby Cabernet comes off our dry farmed Estate Vineyard, located in the Templeton Gap. The Merlot was sourced from Stillwaters Vineyards in the El Pomar District of Paso Robles.
Harvest
The Ruby Cabernet was hand harvested on Sept. 19. The Merlot was mechanically picked with an optical harvester over a couple different days.
