Our wines are small batch ferments. Each has an individual story to tell and is sold exclusively through our tasting room and website. Such limited batches tend to sell out rapidly.

A master winemaker and proud Welshman, Damian has been in the industry for over twenty years, and has crafted some of the most highly awarded wines across the United States, Australia, and Europe. During his travels, Damian has explored and mapped some of the longest and deepest caves in the world. His love of limestone and exquisite wines brought him to the Central Coast for the first time seventeen years ago, and when the opportunity arose to purchase Brecon Estate, he knew that it was time to settle down and craft his own unfettered wines.

A pure expression of the varietal that started Brecon on its wildly successful Albariño ride. Aromatics veritably jump from the glass with hints of Sauvignon Blanc and day lily blossom (that edible flower). Being varietally true it's all citreen, with crisp fresh limes dominating the palate. So refreshing, yet the finish is surprisingly rich with a softness and biscuity toastiness, reminiscent of a classic champagne.
