Our 2020 White is a unique blend of 75% Chardonnay and 25% Viognier from our estate. It was aged in 25% New French oak and 75% neutral French oak and underwent full malolactic fermentation. It has is bright and expressive with aromatic notes of melon, fleur de sel, and Meyer lemon. On the palate, it is medium bodied showing little overt oak with richness provided by the Viognier and hints of Japanese pear, phyllo dough, and white peach. Drink now through 2030.
