Reduced yields led to high-quality grapes. And the drought was over!
The vintage was balanced and complex.
Winemaking
Fermented in open-top bins and barrels.
Aerative pump-overs once a day along with gentle punch downs. Pressed at dryness.

Aging
8 months in 25% new French oak and 75% neutral French oak.
