Donati’s Viognier is aged in stainless steel to help keep its natural aromatic notes, featuring honey and orange creamsicle. Clear and bright, the rich flavors feature sweet apricots, orange blossom and honey sticks. The finish suggests pineapple with lingering honeydew melon.
Albariño, the traditional Spanish grape, is a slightly fuller bodied yet clean and crisp representation grown in Paso Robles. It is crowd pleasing and food friendly. With crisp floral aromas, the palate bursts with fresh pineapple, lemon zest and stone fruit, balanced by the distinct minerality of the El Pomar District and finishes with clean banana and lingering aromas of white nectarine.
A blend of pinot noir and chardonnay, made in the méthode champenoise style, this brut cuvee is bone dry with delicate notes of green apple and nuanced pear. Proud to present our first sparkling wine!
Light in color and body, this wine leads with aromas of red fruits and hints of strawberry shortcake. Bright, mouthwatering acidity frames flavors of creme brulee and maraschino cherry cheesecake, with hints of baking spice.
Lively aromas of meyer lemon, lychee and starfruit on the nose with notes toasted caramel. Balanced, bright acidity with flavors of orange creamsicle and banana taffy leads to a medium finish with notes of Tahitian vanilla bean and citrus.
Our Grenache Rosé has aromas of strawberry and pomegranate, leading to flavors of red apple and farm fresh peach on the palate. The 2021 Grenache Rosé has a balanced, welcoming acidity that finishes with white nectarines and lime. This is a small production Rose, with only 58 cases produced. It has quickly become a staff favorite.
