

Aged for 30 months in Hungarian and French Oak.


Cabernet Sauvignon with a hint of Petite Sirah and Cabernet Franc interspersed. Aged in 70% American Oak and 30% French Oak. Dark color with juniper and a very savory nose. Balanced acid will allow it to smooth out over time. Cola, sugarcane root and anise on the palate.

Rustic fruit aromas of black mission figs, black plum and black currant blended with fresh floral aromas of purple roses and plumeria. As the wine evolves in the glass, sweet aromas of vanilla bean, baking spices, graham cracker and cocoa powder develop. This wine brings memories of summer or winter campfires with s’mores. On the palate, this full body and juicy red blend has velvety tannins with a beautiful complex finish of fig, black pepper and cocoa.

Aged 30 months in 50/50 American and French Oak, expect full body, tobacco leaf, cocoa and mint. Black cherry, rich tannins with lively acidity.

On the nose dark fruits of blackberry, blueberry, black fig and dark raisin leap out of the glass. Spicy aromas of black pepper, star anise and raw cinnamon combined with floral notes of dried rose, violets, and lavender create a beautiful complexity to the wine. On the palate, there is a slight sweetness that rounds out the full body of the wine. The tangy acidity makes the fruit pop on the palate. On the finish flavors of blueberry pie with a sugared rimmed crust make you want to sip more and more!

40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Petite Sirah, 15% Zinfandel, 15% Syrah. Blended from the single barrel select (our selected best of the best barrel of each) of each varietal. Fresh black and blueberry, creamy blue cheese that’s more earthy than funky, slightly burnt charcoal. Fruity with blue and blackberry and a touch of chocolate round out the Lajur.

The nose hits you with violet, baking spice, blue plum and that woodsy men’s cologne. Great minerality on the palate of chalky or fresh cement.

Black olive, blueberry, with a complex nose of perfume or cologne lead the way. Well balanced silky tannins and acid. Cocao finishes it off leading you to feature it with roasted duck, lamb curry or a pasta puttanesca.

The nose greets you with black raspberry and mint, chocolate, sweet tobacco, sweet cigar and a tiny bit of pipe tobacco smoke. Well-integrated tannins with not-overbearing acid lends this to a porch pounder on a rainy day or that steak you’ve been waiting to grill thanks to its richness. The finish rounds out with cinnamon…If the Sh*t hits the fan this is your comfort wine.

Aged in 60% American Oak and 40% Hungarian Oak. The 2021 Syrah greets you aromatically with leather, earthiness, crushed pepper, green pepper, fresh blackberry and fig newton while hitting your palate with blackberry tart and finishing with black pepper. Lamb meatball with blackberry sauce and a hint of mint pairs great!

Charcoal, BBQ, brisket on the nose along with tobacco leaf and green savory herbs like oregano, rosemary and sage. Great camping wine with nice acid, and a floral finish with violet, lavender and wildflower notes. Perfect with a grilled steak with rosemary or your favorite thanksgiving turkey.

As the Tuscan opens up spiced cherry with sweet smokiness and bell pepper reveal themselves. The palate offers balanced tannins and acid with a dry feel along with pomegranate and white pepper to round it out. The finish culminates with a green olive note.

This rosé offers a very floral nose not unlike plumeria and lavender with hints of strawberry, banana and watermelon candied fruit. The palate lends itself to more of the fruity side with very round and nice acidity, creaminess and minerality.

Aged for 30 months in 100% Hungarian Oak.

Aged for 15 months in American and Hungarian Oak. Pepper and umami on the nose with the palate offering blue and dark fruit (dark red strawberry and blueberry). Finish rounds out with an almost bourbon and chocolate back to back hit with brown sugar and raw chocolate at the end.

Mint-like nose with mesquite, BBQ and Cayenne. Violet and blueberry evolve into a palate of blackberry, charcoal, mint and is ready to expand over time. Strong acid and tannins are well-integrated.

Golden pear, golden apple, banana bread, beeswax, pineapple and tropical fruit on the nose. The palate is well-rounded with baking spice (cinnamon, nutmeg), rich creamier fruits like banana and mango or papaya, with a a silky mouthfeel.

Plumeria, violet, purple flower lead the nose to feature a very floral greeting. Raspberry, vanilla, blackberry, pomegranate on the palate.

Sweet aromas of dates, blueberry compote, and blueberry pie is accentuated of spicier aromas of cinnamon stick and anise. These spices are shown in their candied aromas of red hots (cinnamon) and black licorice (anise). These sweet and spicy aromas are rounded out with a finish of cocoa and toasted oak. On the palate, the wine is dry with juicy acidity that lead to a pleasant flavors of cherry cola and chocolate covered black cherries.
