Our Improv is always a fun wine as it’s a true improvisational blend year-to-year. The 2017 vintage begins with a rich crimson color, while the Zinfandel and Petite Sirah shine through on the nose with bright fruit, floral notes, and a hint of cedar. On the palate you’ll find more savory characteristics up front, leading to red fruit flavors and touch of spice. Notes of red currants are highlighted with flavors of nutmeg and cinnamon with good structure and a smooth finish.
