Winemaking
Block D at Hudson is our prized source for the Old Master. Cabernet Franc was specifically planted to the volcanic soil series in the north and Merlot to the heavier clay series to the south. A total of 20 months were spent in the cellar before bottling where minimal intervention was used. This wine has been bottle aged an additional 14 months prior to release
