Jack Creek Cellars

The nose is ignited by salted cashew, baker’s yeast, yellow rose, and the slightest hint of misty river rock. Fresh acidity and creamy mouth feel balance on the palate to integrate nuanced pineapple, lanolin, and Meyer lemon. The finish captures facets of Golden apple, ginger tea, pie crust and Anjou pear.

Caramelized plum, grilled strawberry and toasted sage take the lead while elements of graphite minerality closely follow. The palate is textured with silty tannin and a high-toned acidity that envelop baked sweet pepper, stewed cranberry and black cherry. Dusted violet, tomato paste and blood orange oil linger on the finish.

The senses are captivated by braised blackberry, spiced plum, raspberry tea and Herbs d’ Provence. Powered tanning and soft acidity weave through mysterious elements of dried lavender, clove tobacco and vanilla cola. Hibiscus flower, tomato stem and charred cranberry create a memorable finish.
