Growing Conditions
From the great vineyards of Bob Tillman in Alta Colina. 15+ year old vines at 1700 ft. elevation provide us with freshness, depth, richness and color from the well-stressed vines.
Winemaking
30-100% whole cluster, open top fermentation with traditional foot stomping of the Mourvèdre
Aging
16 months Concrete, 228L and 600L new French oak barrels.
