Palate

Raspberry and roasted herbs with a touch of cinnamon stick and sarsaparilla root with a hint of vanilla bean. Full bodied, but never heavy, this wine is as complex as it is fun to drink.

Winemaking

15% Whole Cluster Open Top Fermentation.

Aging

16 mos. 30% New French Oak 228 to 350 L barrels.

A beautiful purple/red color.
