Palate
The palate is loaded with mouth filling Christmas spice and Herbes de Provence floating in and out of the ultra sweet mid-palate and ripe tannin finish.
Aging
Aged 11 months in a combination of neutral French oak, concrete vats and neutral oak foudres.
Appearance
A dark ruby color.
