Nose
A true stunner, this Pinot has a ruby red plum hue which leads to a youthful, fruit driven nose of dark cherry, vanilla, and hints of cinnamon and clove.
Palate
The ripe, juicy palate explodes with flavors of cherry compote, vibrant acidity, and undertones of raspberry and cranberry.
Growing Conditions
Vineyard workers have long reported seeing people between the rows and down by the creek, people who simply disappear when approached. Hence the name “Ghost Ranch”. This is our family’s seventh vintage of Pinot Noir.
Aging
9 months in French oak, 60% new barrels
Food Pairing
This complex Pinot Noir would be the perfect duo for a cedar plank Salmon filet or a pork tenderloin.
