Our Cabernet Sauvignon opens with caramelized brown sugar, blackberries, bay leaves and tobacco.
Palate
The entry is all ripe, red plums enveloped in dusty baking cocoa that dissolves to a spicy mix of blackberries, cinnamon sticks and white pepper. A supple tannin structure comes up to greet the midpalate and see this wine through to a strong and lasting finish.
