This 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon comes from our estate-grown fruit from the rocky, volcanic hillside vineyard at our home on Atlas Peak.
Early pick, whole-cluster press and fermented dry in a crisp, Provencal style.
A true "Napa Valley" Pinot Noir from our estate vineyard in the Oak Knoll District.
Luscious, richly layered and beautifully balanced.
Our unique and deliciously bold blend of Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon with a dash of Merlot.
The Merlot rows on Atlas Peak generally provide plush, round fruit to complement the intense hillside Cabernet Sauvignon we grow. Carefully farmed and stewarded into wine on its own, it's inherently well suited to be its own, standalone wine. It was aged in one-time used French oak barrels for 18 months.
Grown on rocky volcanic hillsides at 1350' elevation in Napa's Atlas Peak appellation, the estate grown vines that produce this wine must struggle. Yields are low but the quality is exceptional.
