Rich, smooth entry, polished and creamy on mid-palate,
Burgundian lees character on long finish. Tropical fruit with ripe pear, red apple and melons. Vanilla caramel on the finish.
Winemaking
The estate-grown fruit is hand-harvested and aged sur lees for 11 months in 75% new French Oak. 100% malolactic fermentation.
