Nose
The fragrant scents of cassis, anise and dark fruits.
Palate
To red currants and dried cherries on the palate, giving this wine a smooth acidity and a slight earl gray tea finish.
Growing Conditions
Our Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from a prized collection of vineyards through California. Growing conditions in 2014 were ideal with warm days and cool nights. This allowed for optimal growing conditions which led to an early harvest and low
yields but produced concentrated and complex fruit.
Winemaking
The grapes were fermented for two weeks at warm temperatures and followed with extended maceration, extracting maximum ripe flavors and supple tannins. The wine
was aged in oak barrels and then bottled in August 2016.
