Nose

Proudly cultivated in our estate vineyards, the 2018 vintage of our Mt. Veeder Cabernet Sauvignon leads with aromas of black plum, blueberry and cherry with notes of caramel and dried culinary herbs.

Palate

On the palate, rich flavors of berry preserves, cocoa powder and exotic spice evolve in the glass.

Food Pairing

This robust and complex wine is of course a good pairing with the traditional burger or steak, however we think it would also be splendid with grilled Japanese eggplant, Spanish Jamon Reserva, or even blackberry cobbler.
