The perfect amount of sweetness for a dessert wine!

Our first Cabernet Franc, a wine club exclusive, is one of our new Parrish favorites! Estate grown, soft of the palate, and gorgeous tasting notes of red fruit.

The blend's name reflects striking a chord as the Parrish family members, David and Ethan, are musicians. David a guitarist and Ethan a bassist.

Our 2018 Estate Cabernet represents all three of our vineyards - Adelaida, Templeton, and Creston. We bring in Cabernet from each of these vineyards to blend a Cabernet Sauvignon that is perfect for your table. The 2018 vintage has an inviting nose of black cherry, licorice, and vanilla. The palette welcomes with notes of blackberry, graphite, cherry, slate, and a hint of toast.

Smooth and silky, hence the name. The 2018 Silken is a blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 26% Petite Sirah, and 24% Syrah. Lavender, Plum, Boysenberry, Dark Cherries, Cocoa, touch of Fennel 94 point from Wine Enthusiast and selected an Editors Choice 93 points from James Suckling
