A classic blend of Zinfandel and Petite Sirah, The Vortex has a dark crimson color and a gamey, spicy nose. Scents of blackberries and blueberries lead to a bright, elegant body with lush flavors of dark fruits and plum.

This pale, garnet blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre is packed with aromas of leather, tobacco, cured meat, strawberries and orange zest complimented by spicy notes of sage, rose petal and white pepper. A sip brings the taste buds through raspberry and strawberry notes that lead to mocha, basil, lychee and cloves. Fine tannins support a long spicy finish.

Beautiful and dark from rim to rim, a nose of flint, coyote brush, cardamom and sage is supported by over-ripe strawberries, cedar-smoke and anise. A sip is mildly tannic upfront but bristles with blue and blackberries. Pine, vanilla and coffee grounds pair with Fernet, amaro and intense chalk. Fine limestone, coffee ice-cream and anise ride out a lengthy finish.

This 100% Petite Sirah is an inky dark purple. The nose sets the stage with aromas of black fruits, fresh herbs and sweet toasted oak. The palate is loaded with blackberries, and Luxardo cherries and gives way to a long and supple finish.

Our 2021 Rose has a beautiful coral hue. Aromas of candied watermelon and wild strawberries give way to flavors of guava and ruby red grapefruit, and a long creamy finish.

The Devine Cabernet Sauvignon is crafted from our best barrels to ensure that it lives up to its name. Aromas of berry brambles and black cherries give way to flavors of sweet red and dark fruits and a long, silky finish.

Made from heritage clones of Zinfandel grown in the Templeton Gap, enticing notes of bright cherry and sweet caramel give way to flavors of juicy ripe berries smoked meats. Medium firm in structure, this wine has a long and balanced finish.

This rich blend of Rhone grape varieties is perfectly balanced, offering flavors of stone fruits, melon and tart green apples.

Red - The color of blood and the color of love. This wine reeks of strawberries, cherries, and red fruits. Hints on nutmeg, Creme brulee, almond blossoms and cherry-wood pull you in to taste. Gamey leather and Jamon Iberico, give way to blackberries, blueberries, sage and thyme - ahh there are the acorns. An intensely raspberry hued finish and supple yet grippy tannins evaporate and leave behind the ever so subtle white pepper that Bailey Zinfandel is known for.

Dark, almost as black as a collapsed star, this wine shows density right to the rim. An enticing bouquet of violets, bacon, peppermint and tobacco is boosted by black and blue fruits, fresh ground coffee, and toasted marshmallows. Gingerbread and joy enlist the tongue and lead it to mouth-coating flavors of latte, nutmeg, blackberries and cocoa. A long, brooding finish features chalky, concrete tannins and hints of Turkish tobacco.

Intense leather and smoke almost hit your nose before you can see the brilliant crimson color that makes up the heart of this wine. Black cherries, blackberries and orange zest fill the nose while secondary aromas of tobacco, cranberries, sage and rosemary percolate and fill in the empty spaces. This wine is immediately full of grip and chalk when sipped. Red berries, juniper, white pepper, and allspice give way to a long, grippy finish that leaves cranberries and spice on the back of the tongue. It's easy to see how this wine, with it's layers of complexity, was named the best in class at the Central Coast Wine Competition.

Intense ruby color sets the stage for this feral smelling wine. Aromas of cacao, black raspberries, chocolatey blueberries, and fudge lead willingly to flavors of milk chocolate, lush strawberries, and smores. Complimented by more cherry, pomegranate seed, and blueberries, this concentrated delicacy has beautiful , sandpapery tannins that support a long finish. Olallieberries, menthol and spearmint ebb and slowly fade away.

Medium-ruby/garnet in color, a wide clear margin helps to draw the eye to the density of color at the middle of this glass. Cola, sage, pumpkin spice, and tart black cherries dominate, but don't obscure hints of rhubarb, black tea leaves and graham cracker crust. Soft and supple in the mouth, allspice and cinnamon are helped by some significant heat to be lead players. Orange peels, strawberries and brown sugar round out the palate before leading to a long velvety finish with hints of tobacco and caramel.

Dense purple in color, with a small, brilliant margin, this wine is built to last. Elegant but wound up tight, this wine doesn't want to give up the aromas of blueberries, lavender, and s'mores that are present when sought out. Some pine and black tea along with cinnamon and leather show themselves with a little more oxygen. Once sipped, Para Siempre bursts with gritty, mocha stained blueberries and strawberries that lead to an elegant finish. After a day this wine really starts to strut its stuff - fruit overwhelms, and soft but pleasantly grippy tannins show themselves in the presence of oxygen and extend the finish.

An intensity in the deep garnet in the glass primes you for the red currant, cherry and raspberry that assault your nose. A second sniff leads to violets, cardamom and a whiff of Willow Creek riverbed. Chalk, glorious chalk, tied together with white pepper, cloves raspberry preserves, figs, and menthol give way to a grippy, chalky, and long finish that dissolves into bay leaves, cassis, strawberry and petrichor.
