Palate
Deep and brooding notes of blackberry, coffee,
toffee, pine needles, earthy, dark chocolate and
peppercorn are the dominant characteristics of
this well structured wine. The wine gradually
opens up on the palate emphasizing its chocolaty
tannins and dark fruit notes. Look for greater
complexity with more evolution in bottle.
Growing Conditions
Combining the rich and fruit forward 2012 vintage Cabernet Sauvignon and the lush and spicy Syrah from our Coombsville hill sides we achieve an amazing merge of two grapes rarely found in a single bottle.
