Aromas of mocha, mint, black licorice, anise,
plum, clove and baking spices.
Palate
Broad and round
on the palate with blueberry, plum and lush
fruit flavors ending with soft tannins and a long
finish. Drinkable now, this wine will age 5 - 7
years nicely.

Food Pairing
Pairs wonderfully with pork, turkey,
beef and garden salads. Also an excellent
compliment to chocolate.
