Nose
The enticing nose is loaded with ripe blackberries, cherry, plum, subtle tarry notes, dark chocolate and resinous underbrush.
Palate
The palate is a seamless mesh of velvety tannins with vibrant acidity and undulating layers of fruit, tobacco and spice notes.
Growing Conditions
The long wait for harvest and our attention to detail paid off with a standout wine that I could not be prouder of. This exceptional wine is balanced, complex and expresses a purity of varietal character that we find very exciting. It can be enjoyed this year, but will favorably evolve for decades.

With fruit harvested between the 21st of October and the 18th of November, the 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon was one of our latest picked wines ever.
